Hazelnut Paste Filling, Capping & Labeling
Full filling line for pure hazelnut hash. The glass jars fed by rotating table, they are then rinsed by filtred air and sterelized by going through an UV tunnel. The hazelnut paste, although very viscous, is then filled into jars with high accuracy. After the jar pass under the sealing machine that places and seals aluminium foil over the jar neck, metal twist-off caps are then automatically sorted, placed on the jars and automatically capped. Finally the filled, sealed, capped package goes to the labeling machine where auto adhesive sticker labels are placed all around the jar. The package ready for boxing goes to the collecting table.
