In both automatic and semi automatic machines, KULP offers a large choice according to several attributes such as the budget, the product to be filled and the capacity to be reached. Now, the full packaging process can be covered in one line, starting from the feeding table, going throught the air rinser, the filling machine with optional diving nozzle system, an agitator or a double jacketed hopper, and 2, 4, 6 or 8 filling heads; then, the sealing, the capping and the labeling machines before the packed products ends up on the collecting table.
Caring for the longivity of its machines and its image on the competitive market that is packaging machinery manufacturing, KULP considers its the customers as long term partners, and promises reactivity and efficiency for its buyers. The company takes great responsibility in providing after sales service even for machines that were sold 20 years before.
KULP could develop its sales thanks to its official resellers. Starting by the Netherlands, KULP selected trustworthy representative in Australia, Colombia, Greece, India, Italy, Mexico, Russia and UK.
Gaining a positive national reputation, KULP's machines have received a successful feedback on the international exhibitions, and orders from all over the world have started to be shipped abroad.
After few years of experience, KULP took the wise decision to focus on the developpement of volumetric filling machines, due to the weaknesses the other filling systems have (versatility, accuracy, speed, dripping, etc)
Understanding the demand better, KULP took the decision to reduce its portfolio and specialize in primary packaging, making filling machines the heart of its profession.
Over the years kulp kept innovating in order to create machines adapted to its customers needs, improving its designs but also creating new solutions within the packaging machinery sector: Homogenizers, weight filling machines, tanks, mixers
As a result of Mr Cüneyt Doğrusöz’s passion for mechanical machinery and automatism, KULP was created to answer the market lack of diversity of packaging machinery within the turkish market.
