TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- This machine is designed to fill creamy (traditional) yogurt into the plastic buckets on the shelves.
- The cream, to be filled, is transfered to hopper of the machine by a pump. Then the filler primes the cream from the hopper by vacuum and fills into the buckets with a certain filling amount.
- The cream is then foamed during the filling process by the special mechanism inside the filling gun to create the yogurt.
MATERIALS USED ON THE FILLER
The parts that contact with the product are 316 L stainless steel. The other parts are aluminium and 304 L stainless steel.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE : +5º - +90º
FILLING ACCURACY :
± %1 for the same height shelves, ± %3 for the different height of shelves.
