In this hazelnut puree / sweetened hazelnut paste filling line operating at Gürsoy Fındık, jars fed randomly onto a feeding tray are automatically conveyed to the jar cleaning machine in sequence. The jars, which are inverted and cleaned inside with compressed air, are then transferred to the filling machine. In the filling machine, the jars are gripped one by one and brought close to the filling nozzle, and then moved away as the product fills to prevent the formation of gaps during the filling process. Afterwards, foil sealing is performed to ensure a leak-proof container and food safety. Then, in the capping machine—which includes an automatic cap sorting and feeding system—metal twist-off caps are placed onto the jars and tightened to the desired torque. Finally, the filled jars are labeled on one side and gathered on a collection tray, making them ready for shipment.
