MACHINE FEATURES:
The Clotted Cream (Kaymak) Filling Machine is manufactured for fast and serial filling of dairy cream into plastic packaging at the desired weight while FOAMING the product.
A special mechanism is available in the filling gun to foam the product during the process.
The machine operates as a pneumatic system.
It features a 30-liter stainless steel hopper.
The machine’s nozzle is anti-drip, and different nozzle tips are available for various types of packaging.
Sealing elements and piston seals are produced from Teflon, Viton, or Polyethylene materials depending on the product to be filled.
All parts are connected with tri-clamps. The machines can be disassembled to the finest detail for cleaning without the use of any tools.
Suitable for C.I.P. (Clean-In-Place) cleaning.
High surface smoothness and argon welding technology prevent bacterial growth in the machines.
Filling adjustment is easily set and recorded using a handwheel and a numerator.
Thanks to its wheels, it can be easily and quickly moved and prepared for filling at any desired location.

MATERIALS USED IN THE MACHINE:
All surfaces in contact with the product are 316 L grade stainless steel. Other external surfaces, protective sheets, and legs are 304 grade stainless steel and anodized aluminum.
Pneumatic systems are food-grade, oil-free FESTO brand (German made).
