MACHINE FEATURES:

  • Specifically designed for horizontal packaging (HFFS) machines.

  • Suitable for filling liquid, viscous, and particulate products.

  • Equipped with its own wheeled chassis, allowing it to be completely detached from the main machine for cleaning.

  • Receives signals from the main machine’s PLC for synchronized operation.

  • Operates using a pneumatic system.

  • Features a 30-liter stainless steel hopper.

  • The machine’s nozzle is anti-drip, and various nozzle tips are available for different packaging types.

  • Sealing elements and piston seals are manufactured from Teflon, Viton, or Polyethylene depending on the product to be filled.

  • All connections are secured with tri-clamps; the machine can be disassembled to the finest detail for cleaning without the use of any tools.

  • High surface smoothness and argon welding technology prevent bacterial growth within the machine.

  • Filling volume is easily adjusted and recorded using a handwheel and a numerator.

MATERIALS USED IN THE CONSTRUCTION:

  • All surfaces in contact with the product are 316 L grade stainless steel, while other parts are 304 grade stainless steel and aluminum.

  • Pneumatic systems are food-grade, oil-free FESTO brand (German made).
