Chocolate Cream Filling Line

In this KULP chocolate cream filling line operating in Algeria, empty jars are first inverted; compressed air is sprayed inside them to remove any foreign substances, dust, glass particles, etc., that may be within the packaging. Afterwards, the product is filled into the jars via a dual servo motor-controlled filling machine featuring 6 filling nozzles that can enter and exit the packaging. Plastic screw caps are automatically fed and closed onto the filled jars by a cap sorting and feeding system. Then, the jars are labeled by a wrap-around labeling machine and made ready for shipment.
